We flatten subfloors, undercut jambs, plan layout from the room's sightlines, and finish with clean transitions and tight baseboard or shoe molding — because a floor is only done when the edges are.

- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) — waterproof, kid-and-dog-proof, and the most popular floor we put in. Click-lock or glue-down.
- Hardwood refinishing — sanding, staining, and sealing existing hardwood back to better-than-new.
- Tile floors — porcelain and ceramic, laid flat with even joints, in bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, and entries.
- Laminate & engineered wood — a warm look at a working budget.
- Repairs — squeaks, soft spots, water damage, and patch-ins that match what's already there.
- Trim & transitions — baseboard, quarter round, stair nosing, and thresholds included in the plan, not an afterthought.
How a flooring job goes with us
We measure and quote free, in person. You pick the product — we're happy to talk you out of the wrong one, even if it's cheaper for you. On install day we protect your home, pull and reset furniture if you need us to, deal with the subfloor honestly, and haul off the old floor when we leave. Most rooms are done in a day or two; whole-house jobs get a schedule up front so you're never guessing.
Because we're a general contractor and not just a flooring crew, the things flooring jobs uncover — a rotten patch of subfloor, a toilet flange that should be replaced while the floor's open, trim that won't survive removal — get fixed by the same two people, on the same visit, instead of becoming your problem.
Common questions
Do you move furniture and haul away the old flooring?
Yes to both. We factor furniture moving and tear-out disposal into the estimate so there are no surprise line items on install day.
LVP or hardwood — which should I pick?
For kitchens, baths, laundry, and homes with dogs and kids, LVP wins on waterproofing and durability. If you already have real hardwood under carpet, refinishing it is usually the best-looking money you can spend. We'll tell you straight when we measure.
