Every house keeps a list. The ceiling fan that wobbles, the door that won't latch, the faucet that drips in the key of C, the trim the dog redesigned. None of it is worth a big contractor's minimum — all of it is worth doing right. That's what our handyman service is for.
The difference between us and a guy-with-a-truck is simple: we're an insured and bonded general contractor doing small work with big-job standards. The fan gets a fan-rated box, not a prayer. The toilet gets a new flange bolt set, not a bead of caulk over a rock. And if a small job turns out to be a symptom of a bigger one, you'll get a straight answer, not an upsell.
The list we love to clear
- Ceiling fans — installed and repaired, on fan-rated boxes.
- Light fixtures & switches — swaps and upgrades.
- Faucets, sinks & toilets — installed, replaced, un-dripped.
- Doors — interior and exterior: hung, adjusted, latching.
- Trim & molding — baseboard, casing, and repairs.
- Drywall patches — invisible, texture-matched.
- Caulk & seal — tubs, windows, exterior gaps.
- Shelving & mounting — TVs, closets, grab bars, anchored right.
- Small carpentry — stairs, railings, gates, odd fixes.
- Seasonal fixes — the pre-winter and pre-summer punch lists.
One visit, whole list
Handyman work prices best in batches — send us your whole list and we'll clear it in one scheduled visit instead of five. Seniors and veterans get a discount, and for folks keeping an eye on a parent's place around the lakes, we're happy to be the number you text when something at the house needs a look.
"Prompt, communicated what they were doing, and did outstanding work" — that's a customer's words from a job that was exactly this kind of list. Yours is welcome next.
Common questions
Is any job too small?
No. A single stuck door is a fine reason to call — though most folks, once they know we're coming, find four more things for the list. Batching is exactly how to get the best value from the visit.
Do you do electrical and plumbing?
We handle fixture-level work — fans, lights, switches, faucets, toilets, disposals, and water-line hookups. Panel work, new circuits, and main-line plumbing get referred to licensed specialty contractors we trust, and we'll coordinate if you want us to.
