Indiana weather does not go easy on roofs. Between lake-effect wind off Freeman and Shafer, summer storms, and freeze-thaw winters, White County shingles earn their keep — and eventually lose the fight.
We handle roofing the same way we handle everything else: honestly. If a repair will genuinely buy you years, we'll repair it and tell you what to watch. If the roof is done, we'll show you the photos from up there and price a replacement plainly, with no storm-chaser theatrics. We're local — you know where to find us long after the shingles are on.
Roofing work we do
- Full shingle replacement — tear-off, deck inspection, underlayment, ice-and-water shield, and architectural shingles installed to manufacturer spec.
- Roof repairs — missing shingles, wind damage, nail pops, and flashing failures.
- Leak diagnosis — finding where water actually enters, which is rarely where it shows up on your ceiling.
- Flashing & boots — chimneys, valleys, and pipe boots, the usual suspects.
- Decking repairs — soft or rotten sheathing replaced before it grows into a structural problem.
- Storm response — we answer emergency calls and can tarp fast to stop the bleeding.
The advantage of a full-service crew
A roof leak is never just a roof problem — it's stained drywall, wet insulation, and ruined paint. Roofing-only outfits fix the top and wave goodbye. Because we're remodelers first, the same crew that stops the leak can replace the ceiling, repaint the room, and leave zero evidence anything ever happened. One call covers the whole chain.
Free estimates, insured and bonded, financing available on replacements. If your ceiling has a stain that keeps growing, call before the next storm does the estimating for you.
Common questions
Do you help with insurance claims?
We'll document damage with photos from the roof, meet your adjuster on site, and give you a straight scope and price for the claim. What we won't do is inflate a claim or play storm-chaser games.
Repair or replace — how do I know?
Age and extent. Isolated wind damage on a roof with life left is a repair. Widespread granule loss, curling, or repeated leaks on a 20-year-old roof means replacement money is better spent once. We'll show you photos and let the roof make the argument.
